Dirk Haesen

Dirk Haesen is an experienced technology and organizational leader currently serving as the Directeur Organisatie and Management Consultant at Asster vzw, focusing on optimizing IT functions and enhancing technology projects for employee and patient experiences. Previously, Dirk held multiple key roles at Nike from 1995 to 2021, including Technology Product Director for Workplace Design and Connectivity, where Dirk connected regional teams with global technology initiatives, and Employee Enablement Technology Director for Europe, spearheading strategies to enhance productivity across 48,000 employees in 42 countries. Additional roles included leading IT operations and teams across various European territories and managing architecture and projects. Dirk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied IT Sciences from Hogeschool PXL.
