Catherine Buchet currently serves as Responsable du service Formation, Développement & events at Assura since March 2023. Additionally, Catherine has been working as a Psychologue du travail, formatrice, and coach at esprit-momentum since January 2017. Prior experience includes a partnership role at papilio sa from 2003 to May 2023, specializing in human resources solutions. Catherine has also contributed as a Formatrice for various training institutes, focusing on adult education and group dynamics since 2000. Expertise extends to management and self-management through certification roles in various federal programs from 1999 to May 2023. Previous positions include management and communication responsibilities at Action Innocence from 2003 to 2005 and Head of People Development at SBB CFF FFS from 1994 to 2002.
