Jean-Sébastien Rouaud

Jean-Sébastien Rouaud is an experienced program and transformation manager with a robust background in the banking industry and information security. Currently serving as Program Manager at Assura since January 2024, Rouaud leads a comprehensive information security program encompassing nine strategic projects. Previously, Rouaud spent six years at AZQORE SA, where roles included Transformation Manager, responsible for complex project management and risk analysis, and Principal Lean Project Manager, focusing on deploying Lean Management practices across multiple departments. Rouaud's extensive experience also includes significant leadership positions at Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA, overseeing application production services and eBanking development teams, as well as roles in project management and team leadership at Systor AG and JS Technologies SA. Education was completed at Nantes Université from 1991 to 1996.
