Maysa Lumi Ito Barchiesi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Currently serving as Cheffe de Projet Métier at Assura since December 2020, Maysa also actively contributes as an Event Manager for GirlsinTechSwitzerland, where the mission focuses on closing the gender gap in technology. As the Founder of Foodies for Little Ones, Maysa developed a unique cooking course aimed at parents and children. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at Mattel, Inc. and Senior Analyst at GRUPO SEGURADOR BANCO DO BRASIL E MAPFRE. Maysa began an IT career as an IT Business Consultant at Milenia Agrociencias S.A., where significant process improvements were implemented. Maysa holds educational qualifications from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and College Londrina.
