Philippe Colle

Philippe Colle is a seasoned legal expert and academic with extensive experience in insurance and commercial law. As the Administrateur délégué of Assuralia since March 2007, Philippe also holds various leadership positions, including Président of the Service Ombudsman Assurances asbl and FAMU, and serves as an Administrateur for VBO - FEB and SCRL Maison de l’Assurance. Philippe has been a professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel since 1990, specializing in insurance agreements and commercial contracts. Previously, Philippe worked as a Conseiller-expert for the Cabinet du Ministre de l'Economie and practiced law at the Barreau de Bruxelles, focusing on litigation and specialized legal advice. Philippe holds a PhD in Law from the University of Ghent and has pursued advanced studies in European integration at the University of Amsterdam.
