Jill Micklow

Jill Micklow is a seasoned wellness professional with extensive experience in managing wellness initiatives at Assurance since February 2009. As a Wellness Manager, Jill leads a team of Wellness Advocates to design and implement programs that enhance employee health, improve morale, and boost productivity among clients. Prior to this role, Jill served as an Account Manager and Account Coordinator, supporting the Employee Benefit Team with various administrative tasks and client interactions. Jill's early career includes a position as a Sales Representative at Regency Office Products and an internship in Corporate Human Resources at KI, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions and wellness event coordination. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Cape Town.
