Karen Heeley

Karen Heeley began their career in 2007 as a controller at HIGGINBOTHAM BROTHERS, INC. where they were responsible for directing the installation of a new business system and improving business practices to help improve profitability. In 2010, they moved to Fischer & Frichtel Custom Homes as their controller where they were responsible for overseeing general accounting functions and improving the organization's financial reporting. In 2013, Karen became the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at J.W. Terrill where they were responsible for improved business practices to help improve the organization's financial reporting. In January of 2022, Karen became the Chief Financial Officer at Assurance Agency. Throughout their career, Karen has been responsible for overseeing general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, payroll, and cash management. Karen has also been responsible for improving financial reporting and implementing new business practices to help improve profitability.

Karen Heeley has a Master in Business Administration from WEBSTER UNIVERSITY- St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Business/Management from UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI.

Karen Heeley reports to Tony Chimino, CEO. They are on a team with Diane Poljak - President, Josephine Wyatt - Senior Account Manager, and Liz Smith - President.
