Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams, EdD, MBA, MSN Ed, RN, NEA-BC

Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams, EdD, MBA, MSN Ed, RN, NEA-BC has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and educational institutions. Dr. Cinnamon currently serves as the Business Owner of S.P.I.C.E, Supporting People In Compromised Environments LLC, where they provide education consultation and social activism services. Prior to this, Dr. Bell-Williams worked at Assurance Health System, where they held roles such as Corporate Learning Officer, Director Staff Development & CEO, and Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Cinnamon also has experience at Verve College (formerly PCCTI) as a Curriculum Development and Compliance Liaison, responsible for ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards were met in curriculum development and implementation. Dr. Cinnamon has held leadership positions at Acadia Healthcare as the Chief Nursing Officer & Director of Operations and NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals as the Vice President Clinical Services.

Additionally, Dr. Bell-Williams has served as the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and Infection Control at UHS and as a Registered Nurse at Kindred Healthcare. Dr. Cinnamon held the position of Dean of Nursing at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, where they oversaw all nursing education operations and provided instruction.

Furthermore, they served as the Dean of Instruction (Part-time) at PCCTI IT AND HEALTHCARE, where they ensured program operation, regulatory compliance, and budget management. Dr. Bell-Williams also has experience at City Colleges of Chicago, where they held roles such as Associate Dean of Nursing and Director of Nursing Programs.

Dr. Cinnamon Bell-Williams, EdD, MBA, MSN Ed, RN, NEA-BC has an extensive education history spanning various fields. Dr. Cinnamon obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Millikin University. Building on their nursing education, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner from the University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Bell-Williams furthered their academic pursuits by pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from Lewis University. Dr. Cinnamon also acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting from Kaplan University.

To complement their educational achievements, Dr. Bell-Williams has also obtained certification as a Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in October 2017.
