Michelle Cramer

Michelle Cramer has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Michelle began their career in 2000 as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator for ProMedica. Michelle then moved to Regency Hospital Company in 2010 as an HR Coordinator. In 2016, they became the Branch Manager for The Advance Group Staffing. Michelle then moved to Heatherdowns Rehab & Rsdntl as a Human Resources Manager in 2017. That same year, they also became an Area Recruiter for Trilogy Health Services, LLC. In 2018, they were a Human Resources Manager for HCF Management, Inc. The following year, they became the Director of Human Resources for St. Clare Commons. In 2020, they were the Human Resources Director for REACH LTC OHIO. Currently, they are the Regional Human Resources Manager for Assurance Health System.

Michelle Cramer is currently attending Michigan State University.
