Michelle Cramer, CHRS

Michelle Cramer, CHRS has a long history of working in the Human Resources field. Michelle began their career in 1996 as an HR Assistant at Impact Products, LLC. Michelle then spent four years as a Senior Human Resource Coordinator at ProMedica, followed by a decade as an HR Coordinator at Select Medical. In 2016, they became a Branch Manager at Advance Staffing Solutions. In 2017, they took on the role of Area Recruiter at Trilogy Health Services, LLC and Human Resources Manager at Heatherdowns Rehab & Rsdntl. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Assurance Health System.

Michelle Cramer holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Michigan State University. Michelle is also certified as a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) from the American Staffing Association, which they obtained in October 2016, and a CHRS (Certified Human Resource Specialist) from Michigan State University.
