Prior roles include Product Manager at Leaders in Product Management, P&C, and Product Compliance Manager at American Independent Insurance Company, where John directed regional initiatives on product strategy and profitability. Earlier in their career, John held senior roles at The Hartford Financial Services Group and Windsor Group, specializing in premium evaluations, regulatory compliance, and rate filings. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
