Claire Poinet

Claire Poinet has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Responsable juridique Produits et Contrats and Responsable juridique Assurance des emprunteurs at Assurances du Crédit Mutuel since October 2011, where responsibilities include Solvabilité 2, Conformité, Gouvernance, and Courtage. Prior to this role, Claire worked at Ernst & Young Société d'Avocats and Bernard-Hertz-Béjot as an Avocat, and gained initial experience as a trainee at Hogan & Hartson and in Competition Law at Salans. Claire holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University and a Master in Juriste d'affaires from Paris-Sud University, along with academic credentials from Université Paris Nanterre and University of Potsdam.
