Fabien Schmutz

Fabien Schmutz is an experienced project manager with a strong background in finance and consulting. Currently serving as Project Department Manager at Assurances du Crédit Mutuel since October 2019, Fabien manages projects related to accounting, reporting, litigation, and tax, overseeing a team of ten project managers. Prior to this role, Fabien held the position of Project Director within the Strategy Department at Crédit Agricole CIB, focusing on advising business lines on strategy implementation and managing a diverse project portfolio. Fabien's earlier experience includes a five-year tenure as Manager Consultant at PwC, where complex transformation projects were managed for banking and insurance clients, as well as a role as Senior Auditor at EY. Fabien holds a Master of Science in Management from NEOMA Business School and has also pursued international business studies at the University of Warwick.
