Thierry Silberzahn

Thierry Silberzahn has extensive experience in the insurance and construction sectors, currently serving as Responsable d’activité in the Service Technique Assurances de Biens at Assurances du Crédit Mutuel since October 2018, overseeing auto and IRD operations and managing expertise networks. Previously, at MAAF Assurances from November 2014 to October 2018, Thierry was in charge of a center of expertise, managing a team of experts and assistants, handling thousands of claims, and implementing lean management tools to enhance client satisfaction. From August 2005 to October 2014, Thierry held various roles, including Directeur général at BREZILLON SAS, focusing on financial management, technical studies, and organizational restructuring, achieving a significant increase in revenue. Earlier career experience includes roles at Airwell and academic credentials include an engineering degree from INSA Lyon and a management diploma from APROBA.
