Tracy Baxter

Tracy Baxter has over 15 years of work experience in the field of IT. Tracy is currently the Director of IT at Sun Life, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they held various roles at Assurant Employee Benefits, starting in 2005 as a Supervising Team Lead for COMPASS Production Support. In 2012, they became the IT Director for Environments and Quality, and in 2013, they took on the role of IT Director, managing App Dev teams for the Administration systems and Disability and Life Claims Systems. Tracy has extensive experience in improving operational efficiencies and working with vendors to achieve project goals.

Tracy Baxter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University. The duration of Tracy's studies spanned from 1982 to 1986.
