Angel Dunlap

Angel Dunlap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media strategy and engagement, currently serving as the Director of Global Social Media & Advocacy at Assurant since November 2016. In this role, Angel leads initiatives in advocacy, social intelligence, and engagement while managing ratings and reviews. Previous positions include Manager of Social Listening & Care and Social Media Manager at Assurant, where Angel established a global social engagement strategy for a Fortune 500 corporation. Additionally, Angel serves as Board Chair for SocialMedia.org, a confidential membership organization for social media leaders. Prior experience at SunTrust Bank encompassed roles as a Social Media Engagement Specialist and Credit Services Specialist.
