Gary Franssen

Gary Franssen is currently the Product Development Director at Assurant. Prior to this role, they served as VP - Product/Carrier Relations Manager at Wells Fargo Insurance Inc from 2006 to 2020, where they managed product operations and vendor relationships. Previously, from 2002 to 2006, they worked as AVP in IT at Austin Mutual Insurance Company, leading the transition to electronic submissions. Gary's extensive experience in insurance includes roles as Vice President of Product & Underwriting at Northland Insurance Group and Underwriting Manager at MSI Insurance Company. They hold an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, along with several degrees and certifications in business and insurance.
