Jennifer Gianelli, MBA has extensive experience in various companies, ranging from leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience to spearheading sales and marketing efforts. Jennifer has an MBA in Telecommunications Management and International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Senior Business Analyst at Assurant, where Jennifer works on recommending updates to improve the customer experience with the IVR system. Prior to this, Jennifer held similar positions at Cox Communications, JRS Sports, Siemens, and Motorola.
