Soyon Park has over a decade of experience in product management and software engineering. Initial work at Tecseed as a Software Engineer from April 2004 to December 2013 laid the foundation for a career focused on technology and product development. Subsequently, Soyon held various roles at Rakuten, including Service Manager/Marketplace Product Manager for Asia and Product Manager for Protocol/API at Rakuten Travel from December 2014 to November 2016. A transition to Rakuten Mobile, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2022 as a Project & Product Manager further enhanced expertise in managing projects and products. Most recently, Soyon held the position of Regional Program Manager at AIG from April 2022 to August 2024 and currently serves as Solution Delivery Manager at Assurant since November 2024.
