Subhashish Sengupta

Subhashish Sengupta serves as the Chief People Officer at Assurant, leading a global team dedicated to enhancing business performance through a people-first approach. Prior to this role, Subhashish held the position of Senior Vice President for the Global People Organization at Assurant and was responsible for Global Human Resources while serving on the International Business Board. Subhashish's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of HR for the Americas and Europe at Aricent, a leading engineering services firm, and holding various leadership roles at GE, focusing on operations, Six Sigma, and human resources. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Studies and completion of the HR Leadership Program at GE Crotonville.
