Kristen Luongo

Kristen Luongo is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and clinical operations. Currently serving as Sr Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Included Health since May 2024, Kristen previously held significant leadership roles including VP of Revenue Cycle and Clinical Operations at Circadian Health from August 2023 to April 2024, where responsibilities included reorganizing the Medical Group post-acquisition of Assure Health. Prior to Circadian, Kristen was the Founding Head of Operations at Baton Health, driving foundational processes for a SaaS startup, and held roles at aptihealth, Steward Health Care, Commonwealth Care Alliance, CoPatient, and Tufts Health Plan, demonstrating a consistent track record of building and scaling revenue cycle operations. Kristen is pursuing an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education, complementing a solid educational background from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
