Tiffany Wright serves as the VP of Care Management at Assure Health since April 2021, leveraging extensive healthcare experience that includes a role as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Health from May 2019 to April 2021. In this capacity, Tiffany independently assessed and treated acute and chronic conditions for the geriatric population, developed comprehensive care plans, and facilitated patient education and discharge planning. Past experience includes working as a Registered Nurse in the NICU at Children's of Alabama, managing critically ill infants, and serving as an Emergency Department Clinical Information Manager at Methodist Healthcare. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health, & Society from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s Degree in Family Practice Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Master of Science in Biology, Medical Sciences from Mississippi College.
