Rick Franklin

Rick Franklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Association Health Plans at Assured Benefits Administrators, Inc. since February 2018, Rick Franklin has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Frates Benefit Administrators since August 1999. Prior to these roles, Rick Franklin worked in sales management and claims administration at Mutual of Omaha from October 1984 to July 1999. Rick Franklin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Oklahoma.
