David Kahan

David Kahan has extensive experience in finance, legal counsel, and executive leadership roles. David is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Assured Allies since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Finance & General Counsel at Assured Allies from February 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining Assured Allies, David worked at Super (hellosuper.com) in various roles. David started as Counsel in February 2020 and then took on the role of Interim Chief Operations Officer from September 2019 to January 2020. During their time at Super, they provided operational, strategic, and legal counsel to the company and played a key role in executive leadership, finance, and administrative responsibilities.

David has also held board positions in companies such as Engie and Panorama Software in 2018 and served as the CEO of EdenShield from March 2019 to August 2019. In addition, they worked as a Venture Partner at OurCrowd from September 2018 to March 2019.

Prior to these roles, David served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Vaultive from September 2014 to March 2018. David successfully led the turnaround of the company and oversaw financial and administrative aspects, revenue growth, financing rounds, customer agreements, and process controls.

Earlier in their career, David held senior legal roles at Millennial Media and JumpTap, Inc., where they played a crucial role in revenue generation, negotiations, and partnerships. David also worked as the Vice President and General Counsel at DirectoryM, Inc., where they focused on expanding partner networks and managing publisher relations.

David Kahan completed their primary education from Maimonides, graduating between the years 1973 and 1979. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Computer Science at Columbia College, where they attended from 1980 to 1984. David'shigher education continued at Yale Law School, where they earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree between 1987 and 1990.
