Hamutal Shapira

Hamutal Shapira is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Assured Allies since May 2022. In this role, Hamutal leads the full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with internal stakeholders in Israel and the US to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and finalize placements. Prior to this, Hamutal held positions including Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Ethosia, where responsibilities included executive search and technical recruitment for senior-level roles, and HR Recruiter at Israel Electric Corporation, managing all aspects of the hiring process. Additional roles include Global Project Manager at Building Bridges and various recruiting positions with The Jewish Agency for Israel and Hillel International. Hamutal holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Middle East studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
