Mandy Parmer is Managing Partner of Assured Consulting Solutions (ACS). She is responsible for Operations services and functions at ACS, including Mission Operations, Finance and Accounting, Customer Outreach, and Strategic Consulting. Her areas of focus include strategic planning, innovation and technology insertion, enterprise IT transformation, IT governance, process improvement, and organizational change management.

Mandy has comprehensive executive-level advanced IT experience with career contributions ranging from managing a $110M/yr IT Service Delivery P&L center to VP of technology investment, development and insertion across BAE Systems’ IT and cybersecurity business unit. She possesses a proven ability to win and grow business, increase profitability and prepare future pipelines through thought leadership, effective strategic planning, targeted innovation, and operational management.
