Ryan Feeney

Ryan Feeney joined ACS as Partner in 2018. Leveraging his more than 20 years of experience, Ryan is responsible for strategy and growth activities at ACS, including strategic planning, business development, vendor partnerships, and business winning.

Previously Director of Strategic Capture at ManTech, Ryan led pursuits as account executive and capture manager that delivered over $100M annually. Prior to this role, he held related leadership positions at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), serving Intelligence, Defense, and Federal civilian customers. Ryan is a proven customer-facing portfolio manager and has provided services to a diverse customer base, including the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Joint Forces Commands, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and Federal Bureau of Investigations. He has a 18 year history of working directly with DIA leadership on service delivery, strategic needs, and IT direction.

Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree from Old Dominion University.
