Prc Kandis Harter

Kandis Harter, PRC, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Assured Information Security since August 2017, having previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to this position, Kandis worked at the Mohawk Valley Health System from November 2004 to August 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner, overseeing all labor and employee relations matters as well as the Talent Acquisition department. Kandis completed education at Onondaga Community College from 1996 to 1998.
