Nora Otto

Nora Otto has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Nora started their career as the CEO/Owner of Assured Nursing Inc in 2001, where they provided travel and per-diem staffing for various medical facilities. Nora also specialized in staffing NP's and RN's, allied health, and offered vendor management, project staffing, and consulting services. In addition, Nora founded Assured Nursing Inc (Travel), which focused on placing travel nurses in desirable locations. In 2011, they became the Previous Owner of Preferred Home Health Care, where they aimed to lead the organization with a strong team of nurses and allied health professionals, prioritizing exceptional patient outcomes. Nora's tenure at Preferred Home Health Care ended in 2018.

Nora Otto received their RN degree in Nursing Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
