Laura Whittle

Laura Whittle has held a number of positions in the energy and environmental industry since 2003. Laura began their career as an Environmental Advisor at Suncor Energy in 2003, then moved to Nexen Long Lake as an Environmental Specialist in 2006. In 2010, they became the Manager of Contracts Administration at Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., and in 2016 they took a break from the workforce to become a stay-at-home parent. Most recently, they have been a Business Development Specialist at Assured Performance Network since 2019.

Laura Whittle obtained a Diploma in Chemical Environmental Engineering Technology from Mohawk College between 1999 and 2002. Laura then obtained a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology between 2009 and 2013. In November 2021, they obtained the certification "How to Have a Great Day at Work With Caroline Webb" from LinkedIn.
