Mark Lapenna

Mark LaPenna serves as the SVP of Global Strategy at Assured Space Access, Inc. since September 2025 and is an investor at Persona AI. Prior to these roles, Mark was a consultant for a Stealth Startup, focusing on capacity planning for a satellite constellation operator. Mark founded and served as CEO of Xenesis from October 2014 to October 2024, successfully raising significant capital and leading the company to exit. Additionally, Mark has been a guest lecturer at the United States Air Force Academy, a board advisor for companies including NEOJETS and LastSeat Inc., and has held consulting roles, including Global Director of Sales for ATLAS Space Operations, Inc.
