Carson Baugher

Carson Baugher currently serves as Vice President at AssuredPartners since September 2016. Prior to this role, Carson worked at Principal Financial Group as a Sales Representative from June 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included developing the Fairfield County territory and fostering relationships with brokers and agents. Carson also held the position of Associate Sales Representative at Principal Financial Group, engaging in a training program to master various roles within the field office, particularly strategies for pricing and selling new business. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at Western Illinois University, tutoring Political Science students and assisting professors with research, and as an Office Assistant at Cornerstone Insurance Group, where Carson organized data and supported employee benefits initiatives. Carson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Illinois University in 2013.
