Jim Henderson

Jim Henderson, AssuredPartners Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, has served in this capacity since founding the company in March of 2011. Mr. Henderson has over 40 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry. He began his career as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Ernst. For 10 years, he served as CFO and Executive Vice President with Ormond Reinsurance Group. From there, he spent 25 years with Brown & Brown, a publicly traded national insurance brokerage, progressing from CFO and Board Member, to Executive Vice President in 2009, President in 2001 and Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 through his retirement in August of 2010.
