Joseph Siracusa has over 20 years of experience in various IT roles. Joseph is currently the Director of Information Technology at AssuredPartners, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Viejas Casino & Resort as the Director of IT Operations & Security, where they played a key role in building a strong IT team and implementing efficient initiatives. Before that, Joseph was the Manager of Service Delivery at Milestone Technologies, Inc., where they restructured the Service Desk department and focused on delivering IT solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. Joseph also worked at Callaway Golf as the Manager of Global Support Services, overseeing the IT support infrastructure. Joseph's earlier experience includes roles at Bank of America, where they were a Manager of Client Support and held various system administration and support engineer positions. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Joseph Siracusa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications: RTVF from California State University, Fullerton in the years 2005 to 2007. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in RTVF from Moorpark College in the years 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they hold certifications in NeXpose Administration from Rapid7 and various IT certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.
