R. Brian Bair

R. Brian Bair serves as the Retail President - East at AssuredPartners, a position held since September 2014, following roles as Regional President and Agency President. Prior to this, R. Brian Bair was Partner and COO at Crawford Advisors, LLC from May 2004 to September 2014, overseeing agency operations and implementing strategic initiatives, including customer service reorganization and employee performance programs. R. Brian Bair has also held significant positions at Wachovia Bank as Vice President, Group Benefit CFO, and at Benefit Resources, Inc. as CFO, where responsibilities included integration processes and financial management. Early career experience includes a role as Practice Leader - e-business strategy at CoreTech Consulting Group. R. Brian Bair holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden.
