Steve Deal

Steve Deal is the current Chief Marketing Officer at AssuredPartners. Steve previously worked at Hilb Rogal & Hobbs from January 1986 to May 2009, where they served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director. In this role, they led the largest retail region and participated in more than 20 HRH acquisitions.

Steve Deal graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business.

They are on a team with Mark Hammond - Chief Financial Officer, Randy Larsen - President, and Kutay "Ty" Beba - Chief Revenue Officer. Their manager is Jim Henderson, Chairman & CEO.
