Every business that holds someone's sensitive data should be able to easily demonstrate that it is making informed decisions to protect it. The people whose data it is should be able to see that demonstrated.

That is the thesis Assurion is built on.

The security governance market has spent decades building tools for enterprises with dedicated compliance teams and six-figure budgets. The businesses that actually need help, SMEs with 1 to 100 employees holding sensitive customer data, were never part of the design.

They face the same vendor questionnaires, the same certification expectations, and the same regulatory scrutiny, but with none of the infrastructure to respond.

Assurion is a platform for security governance and AI governance, built specifically for these businesses. It translates complex frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 into plain English.

It guides implementation step by step. It provides an AI-powered questionnaire response engine that turns a three-day scramble into an hour of focused work.

And it offers a visible trust badge, earned and backed by real commitments, that gives businesses something credible to show their customers.

Four Commitment Levels serve businesses at every stage. From a small childcare centre demonstrating responsible data handling at CL1 to a larger SaaS company preparing for ISO 27001 working through CL3 and CL4.
Every level is a complete proposition. No business is forced into a shape that does not fit. Every organisation supported.

Assurion is ANZ-native at launch, with local frameworks, local language, and local support. Founded by Ger van Hees, with more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience and a belief that expertise should be a safety net, not a gatekeeper.

This means four you that you'll have a platform you can use without having to be a compliance expert.
If you can run your business, you can run your own security governance.
