Diana Buchanan

Diana Buchanan, MBA, has extensive experience in operations management and administrative services. Currently serving as a Senior Administrator for Mail Center & Imaging Services at Assurity since November 2020, Diana is responsible for supervising and managing various production units while leading associates to high performance. Diana's tenure at State Farm Insurance began in January 1998, where roles included Operations Manager, overseeing Loss Prevention and Administrative Services, and Communications Supervisor, managing internal publications and website content. Additional roles include Partnership Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau and Workforce Coordinator at the Department of Labor. As an Adjunct Teacher in Human Resource Management at Southeast Community College, Diana contributed to course development. Diana holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Arts in relevant fields from Doane University.
