Currently serving as a Regional Vice President at Assurity, Katie focuses on enhancing sales results and revenue generation across multiple states by collaborating with Benefits Brokers and recruiting new agents. Previously, as a District General Agent at Colonial Life, Katie specialized in talent acquisition and training within the employee benefits sector. As Co-Founder of Anderson Atwood Consulting Inc., Katie established client-centric benefits planning and coached emerging insurance specialists. With a robust background at Aflac as both Regional Sales Manager and District Sales Coordinator, Katie achieved significant sales successes and training outcomes.
