Michelle Garcia

Michelle Garcia is a professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Worksite New Business Specialist at Assurity since April 2023, Michelle previously held positions at IT Coalition, including Team Supervisor and General Clerk I, and worked briefly as a Human Resources Manager at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. A long tenure at Ameritas spanned two decades, during which Michelle progressed through roles such as Supervisor of Group Sales Training, Group Sales Trainer in Technology, Group Technical Support, Customer Service Representative, and Provider Relations Specialist. Michelle holds multiple degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, including a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Southeast Community College.
