Eric Cooper

Eric Cooper is responsible for strategic oversight and execution of product development, implementation solutions, customer enablement, and technology operations that meet the current and future needs of the AssurX organization. Eric oversees product roadmap execution, professional services, training services, validation services and IT operations in alignment with the AssurX company vision to design and deliver modernized world-class quality and compliance management solutions and services.

Eric has over 23 years’ experience in information technology with 15 years at AssurX where he was focused on platform development, implementation and training. He has held multiple management roles at AssurX and his extensive track record of technical and strategic leadership and hand-on expertise across multiple disciplines drives successful results for their customers.

Eric has a BA in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan and a MS in Internet Technology from the University of Liverpool. He is also a former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy.
