Onur Oztuncer has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Onur started their career at STFA as an Intern Engineer in 1998. In 1999, they worked as an Intern / Site Engineer at Aysel İnşaat. Onur then joined Guriş İnşaat ve Mühendislik as a Project Development Engineer, where they assisted in bid preparations and performed project management functions. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at the University of Southern Maine as a Deputy Project Manager and Graduate and Teaching Assistant. At Unum, they served as a Process Consultant, Operational Analyst, and Business Analyst, focusing on underwriting processes and continuous improvement. Onur then joined Tektronik Engineering and Trade Ltd. and GBD, Belgium as a Project Manager, where they handled European Union funded projects and conducted consultancy on photovoltaic power plants. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Assystem, overseeing operational activities and managing teams.
Onur Oztuncer completed their primary, middle, and high school education at TED Ankara Koleji, where they obtained a Diploma in Mathematics from 1985 to 1996. Onur then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the Middle East Technical University, graduating from 1996 to 2000. Following this, Onur pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Research at the University of Southern Maine, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005.
