Paul Humphrey

Paul Humphrey serves as the Technical Director at Assystem since January 2023. As Director of the Consents & Environment practice at Schofield Lothian since January 1999, Paul plays a crucial role in providing consultancy services tailored to client needs, focusing on consents and environmental requirements for sustainable solutions. Previous positions include Head of Consents & Environment at Network Rail, where Paul supervised the consents team and reported to senior management, and various roles in consents management for major projects such as the Crossrail Tunnels and Victoria Station Upgrade. Paul holds a BA in Business Management & Financial Accounting from Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
