Pollyanna Balouka

Pollyanna Balouka is an experienced project engineer and buyer with a background in procurement and project management. Currently, at Assystem since March 2023, Pollyanna manages modification projects for EDF DIPDE related to the VD4 900 project. Prior experience at Alstom from January 2019 to February 2023 includes roles as a Project Buyer, overseeing the procurement of interiors domain parts for tramways and regional trains, achieving an average savings of 10% on a purchase portfolio of €16.5 million. Pollyanna has also held positions in business development and purchasing at companies such as Blue Trader, L&L Products, SEW USOCOME, and Leroy Merlin. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Burgundy School of Business, along with international commerce studies at ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara and a DUT in business management from Université de Strasbourg.
