Elizabeth West, SPHR, serves as the Public Sector HCM Presales Director at AST LLC since August 2022, following a role as Solutions Architect at Collaborative Solutions, LLC. With extensive experience in HCM presales and solutions, Elizabeth previously worked at Workday as a Manager and HCM Solution Consultant, and at Oracle Corporation as a Principal HCM Public Sector Product Specialist. Early career roles include Principal HCM Consultant at Xcelicor and Account Manager at Cyborg Systems. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University and has a strong foundation in both HR management and HCM software, leveraging over 13 years of HR practitioner experience.
