Vikram Raval

Vikram Raval serves as the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and USTTI Board Member at AST & Science, a Texas-based LEO satellite manufacturer focused on developing SpaceMobile, the first space-based cellular broadband network accessible via standard smartphones. With extensive experience in regulatory affairs, Vikram previously held the position of Senior Policy Director for Government and Regulatory Affairs at GSMA, where responsibilities included overseeing international roaming regulation across multiple global regions. Additional roles include Head of Group Regulatory at Lebara, Head of Regulation and Government Affairs for Verizon Business in the UK and Ireland, and Regulatory Manager at Orange. Vikram Raval is an alumnus of the College of Law in London.
