Khader Sheriff has extensive experience in the field of project management and technology. Khader is currently the CDO & Co-Founder at Apar Innosys Pte ltd since 2017. Prior to this, they held positions as the BU Head at XCHANGING SOLUTIONS LIMITED from 2015 to 2017, where they managed commercial and government projects delivery and was responsible for overall project management and delivery of Learning system for DSTA. From 2009 to 2015, Khader worked at Xchanging as a Project Manager and later as a Program Manager. Khader also served as an Assistant Project Manager at Cambridge Solutions in 2009. Before that, they worked as a Project Leader at Cambridge Solutions from 2006 to 2007. Khader's earlier experience includes roles as Team Lead (Network) at IBM from 2004 to 2006, Senior Software Engineer at Scandent Solutions from 2002 to 2004, and Chennai at DSQ Software from 2001 to 2002. Khader started their career as a Senior System Engineer at Kaashyap Technologies Limited in 1999.

Khader Sheriff completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from the University of Madras from 1996 to 1999. In 1997 to 1999, Sheriff obtained a diploma in Network-Centred Computing from the National Institute of Information Technology. Khader then pursued their MBA in E.Business from CSM Institute of Graduate Studies in Canada from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, in 2022, Sheriff obtained a Certificate for Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market from Harvardx on edX.
