Eng. Nasser al Hajri

Eng. Nasser Al Hajri has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of human resources and administration. Eng. Nasser currently serves as a Human Resources Executive at the University of Doha for Science & Technology. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief of Human Capital & Shared Services at ASTAD Project Management, where they also temporarily served as the Acting Chief Financial and Information Technology Officer. Eng. Nasser has also held the position of Group Chief Administration and Business Support Services Officer at Barwa Bank, where they played a significant role in restructuring the group's support functions and implementing business excellence and support programs. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources & Learning Manager at QAPCO - Qatar Petrochemical Company.

Eng. Nasser Al Hajri completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering from Coventry University, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Eng. Nasser then pursued a Master's Degree in MBA-Management at the University of Hull for the academic years 2010 to 2011. In order to further enhance their knowledge and skills, they later attended the Harvard Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Harvard Executive Leadership & Management Diploma with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing.
