Ogulcan Arslan

Ogulcan Arslan is an experienced Project Manager at ASTAD Project Management since February 2014. Prior to this role, Ogulcan served as Operations Manager at Integrated Hardscaping Elements from January 2013 to February 2014 and held the position of Corporate Planning and Budgeting Manager at SA BAYTUR CONSTRUCTION CO from January 2012 to December 2012.
