Meng Vachal

Meng Vachal, PMP, CISA, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Astadia since October 2023. Prior to this role, Meng worked at GEICO from January 2019 to October 2023 as a Technical Program Manager, successfully delivering complex Telematics projects by collaborating with over 10 cross-functional teams. Additionally, Meng held the position of Manager Software Engineer at GEICO, where the focus was on managing IT teams to provide customer satisfaction and ensure Legal & Regulatory compliance. From November 1997 to December 2018, Meng was an IT Delivery Manager at NTT DATA Services, overseeing a team of 10-20 consultants for a multi-year Application Management Outsourcing engagement. Meng began the professional career as a Technical Consultant at Complete Business Solutions, Inc., specializing in mainframe COBOL programming. Meng holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.
